HOW TO EAT &  HOW TO LIVE!

  1. Try to include breakfast in your daily plan
  2. Eat more often but smaller portions
  3. Eat slowly and chew your food well
  4. Avoid eating out,especially fast food
  5. Drink water instead of drinks with added sugars
  6. Reduce your solid fat,salt & sugar intake
  7. Eat more vegetables & fruits
  8. If you insist on eating animals,eat fewer & be choosy
  9. Avoid cooking and eating fried
  1. Watch less TV
  2. Reduce sedentary activity
  3. Exercise more
  4. Walk more instead of using your car or public transport
